The Role

In this role, you are the face of Food & Beverage! Providing a warm welcome, taking orders, delivering food and drink, as well as setting up and clearing down the restaurant will form part of your normal duties, however the greatest and most important task is helping our guests and customers have an amazing time! From recommending dishes and drinks, to knowing where to catch a taxi, or the best theatre shows - you are not just waiting staff, you are a local legend!

The Role

The ideal cocktail/bar Waitress will have an important role to play, creating an intuitive, refined world class bar experience to each guest in Park Chinois. The role is fundamentally responsible for recreating the supreme cocktails and beverages to Park Chinois’ standards for each guest with skilful techniques and unsurpassed attention to detail. Expert in the craft, they ideal candidate will work with premium spirits and cocktails to curate and present them in bespoke glassware to the bar and restaurant tables. The role will also involve participating in regular bar trainings and also some food service.

Skills and Experience requirements

  • Basic knowledge in all aspects of spirits, cocktails creation and mixology.
  • Focused, with unsurpassed attention to detail.
  • Confident and charming demeanour, with ability to build immediate rapport with a sophisticated clientele.
  • Strong ability to wait numerous tables and work under pressure during peak business hours.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience within a high-end cocktail/restaurant bar
  • WSET 1 and above highly desirable
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming
  • A natural Team player with a high degree of flexibility
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin Language is a desirable skill.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skillful and passionate Bar Supervisor, who will assist in the management of the bar operation, help develop the team on site, and deliver an amazing guest experience.

The Bar Supervisor will have:

  • High service standards.
